    We're here to assist you — but to ensure fairness and protect against misuse, please read our policy carefully:


    🧿 EXCHANGES & RETURNS

    • Free exchange is available only for items damaged in transit.

    • A clear unboxing video (uninterrupted, from sealed package to unpacking) is mandatory for any damage claim. Submit within 24 hours of delivery.

    • No video = No claim. Photos are not accepted in place of videos.


    NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

    • Discounted items, jewellery, custom orders, and special specimens (e.g., geodes, minerals) are final sale.

    • No returns or exchanges will be entertained for change of mind, energy mismatch, or aesthetic preferences.


    📦 SHIPPING & COSTS

    • We cover one-way return shipping for:

      • Verified damaged items (as per video evidence)

      • Bracelets under our 2-year breakage warranty

    • Shipping charges apply in all other cases (including refusals, incorrect addresses, or no response).

    • If you reject the package or fail to accept delivery, return shipping + restocking fee will be deducted.


    💳 REFUNDS

    • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect your return.

    • Payment gateway fees are non-refundable. These are charged directly by third-party processors.

    • We reserve the right to deduct damages, shipping, or repackaging costs from any refund where applicable.


    ⚠️ ANTI-FRAUD & MISUSE POLICY

    To protect our community:

    • All claims are subject to verification. Fraudulent or repeated claims may lead to blacklisting.

    • We log and track previous orders to identify patterns of abuse.

    • Any tampering with product or packaging voids warranty and claim eligibility.

    • Legal action may be taken for chargebacks or false claims.

    • Resale of Gempossible products is not guaranteed or supported unless authorized.

    • Exchanges for minerals, specimens, or jewellery are at company discretion.

    • Warranty covers breakage due to normal use only. Misuse, exposure to water, chemicals, or accidents void warranty.
